Shipping & Returns
All orders are shipped within 2-5 business days.
No orders are shipped on Sundays or Holidays.
All orders are shipped via USPS.
All orders over $50 are eligible for free shipping.
If you are not happy with an item, please feel free to contact me, or return the item.
The customer is responsible for all return shipping fees.
All returns/exchanges must be made within 10 days of the customer receiving the item per the tracking number. Please include your packing slip with the item you are returning. Refunds are generally processed within 3 business days, upon receipt of the returned item. Please allow up to 10 business for funds to be deposited back into your account.
All items returned must have the original tags attached. All items must be in the original condition: unworn, unwashed, smoke/pet/other odor free. Any items returned without original tags or that do not meet the return policy guidelines will be refused. Shoes must be returned unworn/undamaged, in the original shoebox.
No returns or exchanges will be accepted on accessories or undergarments. All accessories and undergarments are FINAL SALE.
Sale items, discounted items, and items purchased with a discount code are not eligible for returns.
If you believe you have received a damaged item, please contact us within 3 days of receiving the item and prior to wearing the item. All damaged items must have the original tags attached. To return a damaged item: send your item back to us, once the item is received a refund will be issued. I can not guarantee an exchange of an item due to availability.
